GreenVibe World invites the community to join us for our Harvest Community Clean up and BBQ. Our goal for this event is to restore a grass pasture zone of Avanzino Farms, by removing garbage, debris and invasive thistle. Then, beginning at 12:30pm, we will migrate just around the corner to our community Learning Garden for an appreciation BBQ and Harvest, so you may fill your bellies and leave the day with chemical free, freshly picked food in hand.
Over the summer, the Green vibe team has made substantial efforts on a big community project to restore and repurpose a beautiful stretch of land along the Truckee River with huge potential to become a community asset for Northern Nevada. The GreenVibe team has been on site removing trash from riparian river lands and the water, invasive vegetation, improving trails, and redeveloping this property into something beautiful for the great people of Reno and Sparks.
If you or anyone you know would like to come learn and play with us, please sign the waiver today and show up anytime from 9-2pm on Saturdays October 04th 2025.

Wear durable, weather-appropriate clothing and close-toed shoes fit to withstand potentially tough conditions. (Please bring gloves if possible.)
Bring refillable water bottles. (Water will be provided)
GreenVibe will provide all the tools, bags, additional gloves, and necessities to ensure successful cleans.
